About Refrigeration Club:
ISHRAE has a total of 61 chapters/sub-chapters, including 6 international chapters. Additionally, our membership count stands at over 25000 which includes both regular and student members. It is led by a team of elected officers, who are members of the Society, working on a voluntary basis and collectively called the Board of Governors.
Advancement of the Arts and Sciences of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering and Related Services.
- Continuing education of Members and other interested persons in the said sciences through Lectures, Workshops, Product Presentations, Publications and Expositions.
- Rendition of career guidance and financial assistance to students of the said sciences.
- Encouragement of scientific research.
The ISHRAE KBTCOE Student Chapter is committed to bridging the gap between classroom learning and industrial practice. The chapter provides students with a platform to develop technical competence, leadership qualities, professional ethics and teamwork through meaningful engagement with industry experts and fellow learners.
Objectives:
- Organize technical workshops, seminars, expert lectures and industrial interactions to enhance practical knowledge.
- Develop technical, communication, leadership and organizational skills through student-led activities.
- Foster networking opportunities with industry professionals, academicians and ISHRAE members.
- Encourage innovation, research, project development and participation in technical competitions.
- Promote awareness of the latest developments, emerging technologies and sustainable practices in HVAC&R.
- Inspire students to pursue professional excellence and lifelong learning while contributing to society and the engineering profession.
