We provide our students the opportunity to explore a wide range of industries—from manufacturing to cutting-edge fields such as automation, cybersecurity, infrastructure development, and research across all branches of engineering and management. Our goal is to foster an environment where students engage in lifelong learning, empowering them to tackle both small-scale industry problems and the most complex socio-technical challenges requiring critical thinking. In parallel, we also encourage students to reach new heights through entrepreneurship, startup development, and skill-building initiatives aimed at enhancing employability, all while nurturing a sense of spiritual balance in life.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Oversight
   • Design and update academic programs to align with industry trends and technological advancements as per AICTE guidelines.
   • Integrate real-world challenges into the curriculum, promoting innovation and critical thinking.
2. Industry Partnerships
   • Build and maintain collaborations with industries for internships, industry visits, and expert sessions.
3. Student Development
   • Lead initiatives for internships, and employability skill-building.
   • Organize expert sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities for students through department faculty collaborations.
4. Academic Excellence
   • Foster a research-oriented environment through industry-related projects.
5. Faculty Development
   • Encourage faculty to integrate industry practices into teaching and research.
6. Innovation and Entrepreneurship
   • Encourage student innovation through startup incubators and research collaboration.
   • Support students in entrepreneurial ventures, providing guidance and resources.
7. Strategic Leadership
   • Contribute to the academic vision of the institution, ensuring alignment with industry needs and institutional goals.
   • Collaborate with management to drive academic and institutional growth.
