   • Oversee desktops, laptops, printers, UPS, and networking devices to ensure smooth operations.
2. Software & System Administration:
   • Manage and maintain institutional software, ensuring up-to-date and secure systems.
3. Wi-Fi & Network Security:
   • Supervise campus-wide Wi-Fi networks, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
4. Procurement & Vendor Management:
   • Plan and execute IT procurement strategies while collaborating with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
5. IT Maintenance & Support:
   • Ensure timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for all IT assets.
6. Cybersecurity & Data Protection:
   • Implement security measures, data backup policies, and best practices to safeguard institutional data.
7. Digital Transformation & Innovation:
   • Drive IT initiatives that enhance digital learning, research, and administrative processes.
